Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions
- Assist clients with data entry tasks, updating records accurately within our systems using Microsoft Office tools
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette during all interactions to ensure positive customer experiences
- Support sales initiatives by identifying client needs and promoting relevant products or services when appropriate
- Manage returns process from start to finish including handling inquiries via emails, web chats, phone calls, and messages on platforms like Big Commerce and Reamaze.
Requirements
- Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
- Experience with outbound calling
- Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- High School Diploma or GED required
