Role Description This full-time Personal Lines Customer Service Representative role is a hybrid position based in Castle Rock, CO, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves assisting personal lines clients with policy questions, coverage changes, billing inquiries, and claims support via phone, email, and in person. The representative will process policy endorsements, quote new personal lines policies, prepare renewal reviews, and ensure accurate documentation in agency management systems. Daily responsibilities include communicating with carriers, following up on client requests, verifying policy information, and maintaining organized records. The role also requires collaborating with producers and other team members to deliver timely, courteous, and professional service that aligns with agency standards.
Qualifications
