Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly; ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction painting with a strong background in residential and commercial projects.
- Familiarity with construction site procedures
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, welding (if applicable), and maintenance of equipment..
- Skills in Painting, caulking, drywall finishing, fixture installation, restoration work,
- Previous handyman experience or general construction background is highly desirable for versatile project support.
