Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Certified Personal Trainer located in Frisco, TX. The Certified Personal Trainer will provide personalized training programs, monitor client progress, and deliver engaging fitness instruction to help individuals reach their goals. Responsibilities include leading individual or group exercise sessions, designing fitness plans, advising clients on nutrition, and conducting assessments to ensure safe and effective training. Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Personal Training, Fitness Instruction, and Circuit Training
- Experience in Nutrition and providing guidance for healthy lifestyle choices
- Proficiency in Sports Coaching and developing programs to enhance physical performance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Certification from a recognized organization such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- CPR/AED certification is required
