Key Responsibilities:
1. Member Relations
- Foster a customer-centric atmosphere and lead by example in providing superior service.
- Integrate new members with the sales team and maintain professional interactions.
- Stay informed about our services and effectively address member needs.
2. Performance
- Drive member retention and satisfaction through communication initiatives.
- Meet monthly targets for training sessions, sales, and supplements.
- Maintain necessary certifications (PT, CPR/AED) and submit associated paperwork.
3. Equipment & Facilities
- Report maintenance needs to the corporate facilities department and ensure timely resolutions.
- Implement a cleaning schedule and maintain a safe, appealing environment.
4. Team Member Relations
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to day-to-day operations.
- Participate in meetings and company initiatives, providing constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on communications and support fellow team members.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with varying hours, including prime time, weekends, and holidays. Team members are expected to work the last two days of the month and may have additional early mornings or late nights during special events.
