Event Delivery & Warehouse Associate – Party Rentals

We’re looking for team members who are:

• Willing to perform physically demanding work

Additional requirements:

• Clean background check required
• Clean driving record required to advance to driver position
• Prior experience driving a truck/trailer or box truck is preferred but not required (we can train the right person)
• Due to commercial auto insurance requirements, drivers must be at least 21 years old

Our schedule is driven by customer events.

• Weekday shifts are common
• Weekend availability is required
• Occasional evening shifts during events
• We are happy to work around college class schedules, but availability must be communicated clearly

What a Typical Shift Looks Like

Every day is a little different. Our team is cross-trained in both delivery and warehouse operations.

On any given day you might:

• Load inflatables, tables, chairs, and event equipment onto trucks
• Deliver and set up equipment for birthday parties, school events, festivals, and community events across DFW
• Safely anchor inflatables and ensure equipment is operating properly
• Interact with customers on-site and represent our company professionally
• Return equipment to the warehouse for cleaning and inspection
• Help prepare trucks and trailers for the next day’s deliveries
• Occasionally assist with larger attractions such as rock climbing walls or interactive games

Some days you’ll be out on deliveries, and other days you’ll be working in the warehouse preparing equipment for upcoming events.

This role involves:

• Lifting and moving equipment (often 50 lbs)
• Working outdoors in Texas weather
• Being on your feet for extended periods
• Loading and unloading trucks and trailers

We provide equipment and tools to make the job easier, but this is still an active job.

Cowboy Party Rentals is a family-owned business based in Mansfield and one of the largest providers of party and event rental equipment in the DFW area.

We provide everything from bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, LED games, and rock climbing walls to dance floors, tents, tables, chairs, and more.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
