Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join out team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and presentation, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Minimum of a year 1-2 years experince. Looking to hire for our mid and night shifts. Weekends are required.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
Assist with menu planning and development
Ensure the kitchen meets all sanitation standards including cleanliness and food safety
Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate food orders
Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience:
Proven experience working as a Line Cook in a restaurant or kitchen setting
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with menu planning and meal preparation
Strong knife skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in catering or dietary department is a plus
