Duties
- Perform excellent sales pitches
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their vehicle wash needs, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Operate various car wash equipment safely and effectively, including automatic wash systems and hand-washing stations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including sweeping, mopping, and janitorial tasks to uphold a safe and tidy environment.
- Manage vehicle flow by directing cars through wash stations and ensuring timely service completion.
- Assist with additional custodial duties such as trash removal and restocking supplies
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience is preferred but not required
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is essential!
- Knowledge of car wash techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
