Responsibilities
- Perform thorough washing and detailing of vehicles, ensuring a clean and polished finish.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist customers with the selection of services that best meet their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment, including custodial duties as required.
- Drive vehicles safely within the facility as needed.
- Stay informed about new products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in a car wash or detailing environment is preferred but not required.
- Skills in buffing, window tinting, or custodial work are a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- A valid driver's license is necessary for driving customer vehicles during service.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are essential.
