Career Development
As a Shift Lead, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Completes FOH and BOH check-out procedures.
Assists with coordinating interviews for managers
Familiar and able to assist manager with prep list, ordering, production schedule and inventory.
FOOD daily taste plates, prep lists, open kitchen, check in all orders
Able to open and/or close a shift on own.
Mid-Day and PM drawer-counts, nightly closing duties/paperwork, nightly email, 3PD reconciliation, POS oversight.
Demonstrates excellent guest service at all times.
Communicates guest and/or team member issues to management.
Communicates any other concerns, such as safety issues, to management in a timely manner.
What you will bring to the table:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in restaurant operations or a related industry.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
Passion and appreciation for an established culture built on principles of charity, hospitality, goodwill, servant leadership, kindness,
humility, and integrity.
Evidence of ability to use good judgment.
High level of integrity, flexibility, and credibility.
Ability to interact professionally and establish rapport with restaurant team members and managers alike.
Sets the example in conduct, grooming, guest and team member interactions.
Must possess or acquire working knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and utensils, point of sales systems, and office machines.
