of our food and as a Dishwasher, you’ll be helping to set the standards for the enjoyment of our guests.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• With the direction of the General Manager, assists and executes the following:
• Wash and organize dishes for the BOH
• Perform scheduled cleanings throughout the kitchen, dining room, and patio areas
• Assist other BOH positions by performing various tasks such as wrapping brisket, preparing cold prep items, monitoring trash levels, etc.
• Assist BOH with all needs during peak, busy hours
• Perform Rotisserie, Baker, Hot
• Prep, and Cold Prep responsibilities as needed
• Help organize and put away inventory, dry goods, and fresh food

Essential skills and experience:

• Ability to prioritize work, multi-task and be detail oriented at an efficiently fast pace.
• Must be team-oriented, dependable, adaptable and have a strong work ethic.
• Guest service oriented

Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work weekends and Holidays.
