Cowboy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram located in Clinton, AR is searching for an Automotive Sales Consultant. We are looking for a motivated person responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership vehicle quota , volume, and customer satisfaction standards. The position will include 4 main areas of responsibility
· Personal work habits
· Daily prospecting and contacting potential clients
· Selling vehicles and follow-up
· This business is built on customer satisfaction, and you will need to devote yourself to making sure the customers’ needs are being met (determining the needs of the customer, demonstrating, delivering vehicles, and maintaining an owner follow-up system that will encourage repeat and referral business from previous customer
Other requirements include:
· High School Diploma
· Valid driver’s license
· Auto sales experience preferred, but not required
· Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
· Reporting to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
· Attend meetings and training offered by the dealership & manufacturer
· Staying updated on incoming inventory, features, accessories, and so you can best help the customer find what they want
· Staying updated on technological changes in the products we sell
· Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
· Reach dealership monthly sales targets and deadlines
· Professional appearance and work ethic
· Self-motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
