Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Technician (CT) to join our DSC team. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Coway products, including water purifiers, bidets, air purifiers, and water softeners. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and able to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair Coway products (water purifiers, bidets, air purifiers, water softeners)
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Deliver excellent customer service during on-site visits
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
- Manage daily routes and schedules efficiently
Qualifications:
- Experience or certification in electrical, electronics, or plumbing preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must own a work vehicle (Minivan or Cargo Van)
- Bilingual preferred (Korean & English or Chinese & Korean)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $20.00 Incentives
