Eligible candidates must have a Class A CDL with nine (9) months of verifiable experience in the last three (3) years

(Must be Dry Van, Reefer, Container, Flatbed and/or Tanker experience)

Regional Road Driver:

• $7,500 sign-on bonus
  • Paid out in equal weekly installments over your first 39 weeks
  • Must start by August 14th, 2026
• Earn $1,430 - $1,700 per week
• Additional $.03 cpm for 2,400 miles per week
• New starting pay to help match your experience
• Yearly pay increases
• Average 2,200 - 2,500 miles per week
• Out 5 - 5.5 days, home for 34 - 48 hours weekly
• Detention, breakdown, stop off, live load and NYC pay
• Dedicated customers with consistent/familiar freight lanes
• Can park truck at home if not near Cowan terminal location
• Day or night driving - you decide!
• Traveling lanes: PA, MA, ME, Upstate NY, NH, RI, CT, VT, NJ, MD (Occasional VA, OH)

Requirements:

• Valid CDL A License
• Nine months of verifiable Class A experience in the last 3 years
• Must have Van, Reefer, Container, Flatbed and/or Tanker experience
• Consistent Class A driving experience
• Safe driving record
