This position will be responsible for the daily quality control of production of critical, time-sensitive mail pieces with a focused emphasis on the timely and accurate execution of contractual agreements with our clients. This generally includes helping to develop, document and implement QC processes in all Covius production facilities and interfacing with other Covius corporate teams regarding production changes.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Work is performed in a climate controlled indoor warehouse setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high, depending upon production machinery operations.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to communicate. The employee occasionally is required to remain stationary. The employee is frequently required to move about the office, operate a computer and other office machinery, such as calculator, copy machine, and computer printer; frequently position self to maintain files; frequently moves boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. The employee is frequently required to operate heavy machinery and/or power tools. Close and distance observation required with ability to observe objects at close range in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen). Must possess the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand and have the ability to interact with external and internal stakeholders.

Essential Functions
- Develops a working knowledge of client templates and related processes.
- Performs a daily sampling of printed materials throughout the day, reviewing for print quality, overlay issues and template completeness.
- Provides additional checks for go-live of critical client production changes.
- Creates tickets on quality concerns discovered in the QC process.
- Performs ongoing reviews of log sheets for identification of miss-configured production processes.
- Trains and complies with all relevant Covius Standard Operating Procedures.
- Performs QC processes on production materials and production processes.
- Performs QC reviews of inbound processes.
- Problem-solves issues as they arise.
- Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years previous experience in a high-volume mail production facility preferred
- 1 year previous experience on each of the stages of the lifecycle of mail preferred
