About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. As a key member of our front desk team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our patients, families, and visitors, while ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients, families, and visitors, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner

• Manage phone calls, messages, and correspondence, ensuring timely communication and response

• Maintain accurate records and logs, including visitor logs, mail, and packages

• Perform front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, coordinating transportation, and processing paperwork

• Provide administrative support to other departments, as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for all

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
