About the Role:
As a Housekeeping Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents. You will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the facility are kept clean and tidy, including resident rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will help us provide the highest level of care to our residents.
Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
- Follow all safety and infection control procedures
Assist with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a healthcare or long-term care setting
- Knowledge of infection control procedures
Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and carpet cleaners
