We are looking for a Treatment Nurse to deliver high-quality care to residents. This role involves managing treatment plans, administering medications, conducting assessments, educating residents and families, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates will have strong clinical skills, a collaborative spirit, and an empathetic approach to care. - Conduct comprehensive health assessments of residents.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatment protocols.
- Monitor and document residents’ treatment responses and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on individualized care plans.
- Educate residents and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Ensure compliance with facility regulations, policies, and protocols.
Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Requirements:
- Current and active LPN or RN license in the state of Tennessee or compact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar environment is highly desirable.
Strong clinical assessment and wound care skills.
