Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office,, and QuickBooks.
- Support sales activities by processing orders, preparing sales documents, and coordinating client communications.
- Provide customer support via phone and email, addressing inquiries with proper phone etiquette and professionalism.
- Perform clerical tasks such as processing sales orders, organizing files, and managing office supplies inventory.
- Support office management duties to ensure a well-organized work environment conducive to productivity.
Qualifications
