Role Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time on-site role based in Covington, GA. The individual will oversee daily maintenance operations, including managing maintenance staff, scheduling tasks, and ensuring timely and effective repairs. Responsibilities include conducting routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that equipment and property systems are functioning optimally. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to meet operational goals and maintain safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and task delegation
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Expertise in Maintenance & Repair of property and facility systems
- Experience working with gas HVAC systems, stoves/ovens and water heaters
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical or mechanical issues efficiently
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with maintenance tools and equipment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
- Prior experience in apartment maintenance management is required
- previous NSPIRE experience is preferred
