Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Arkansas RN or LPN license, in good standing with the state board of nursing.
- Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care settings preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment skills, including ability to recognize changes in resident condition and respond promptly.
- Proficiency in electronic health records, medication administration, and documentation of nursing care.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and supervise nursing assistants effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to resident-centered care, safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
- Effective communication, time management, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities on a busy unit.
- Capacity to perform the physical aspects of nursing, including lifting, repositioning, and assisting residents as needed.
- CPR certification and other required clinical certifications, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional nursing education and relevant continuing education strongly valued.
