Responsible for the personnel and staffing of the clinic. Oversees the record keeping and directs the efforts of the clinic to provide the highest quality service . Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage schedule of clinic employees to ensure operations
- Work with Administration and employees to resolve patient complaints
- Manage monthly and daily reporting requirements
- Supervise/evaluate employee performance, coordinate performance improvement initiatives and provide corrective disciplinary action in collaboration with Clinic Director
- Supervise clinic workflow
- Coordinate support issues
- Other duties as assigned
Salary : $52,303 - $78,494
