Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services to patients with a focus on our adolescent population. In this role, you’ll not only support patients directly, but also lead, train, and mentor staff in evidence-based behavioral practices.

Range: $33.34-$40.39

Essential Functions

 Assist in the implementation of ABA programming on the Specialized Pediatric Unit

 Provides supervision to the Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavioral Health Associates

 Trains new staff on ABA techniques

 Keeps abreast of advances in treatment and sets appropriate goals for self-improvement

 Facilitates daily team meetings

 Attends staff meetings as required and completes all yearly mandatory in-services

 Provides direct services to the patients on the Specialized Pediatric Unit

 Conducts the appropriate assessments including ADOS and other specific assessments in a

timely manner

 Participates in performance improvement activities

 Follows all hospital policies and procedures

 Must maintain license or certification in good standing

 Flexible schedule. Possible weekends or evenings when appropriate

 Employee will be required to perform other job related duties as assigned by their supervisor

 Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

Education/Experience/Skill Requirements

 Experience with the development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans

 Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

 Experience with working with adolescent population

 Must be skilled and competent to provide services to the patient.

Licenses/Designations/Certifications

 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by BACB

 CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by

facility).

 First aid may be required based on state or facility.
