SUMMARY
The Vice President of Facility and Environmental Operations provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for facility management and environmental services across Front Porch’s market rate communities by ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant physical environments. This role oversees asset management, maintenance operations, infection prevention and control, permit acquisition, unit refurbishment, environmental services, and regulatory compliance to support resident well-being, operational excellence, and organizational performance.

Required:
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience in facilities and/or environmental services and/or infection control, with demonstrated leadership in managing staff, budgets, and regulatory compliance
- Bachelors Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related field or Associate’s Degree/Two years of college plus two years of related work experience or four years of related work experience in
Preferred:
- 2 years of experience in senior living, healthcare, or multi-site residential environments strongly preferred
- 2 years of comprehensive understanding of asset management systems
- Master's Degree
- Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) or similar certification related to healthcare facilities operations
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent credential in facilities management
- Other relevant safety or environmental certifications
