Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 9am -6pm
The Sales Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective residents through the process of choosing the community and moving into their new home, utilizing both traditional and non-traditional marketing strategies to achieve monthly objectives for resident move-ins and net gains, while ensuring optimal occupancy rates are maintained through the sales pipeline.
The duties listed below are considered essential to the successful performance of this position, as defined by Front Porch. Additional responsibilities may be assigned in the future and may also be considered essential to the role:

Proficiency in CRM platforms such as WelcomeHome, ALINE, HubSpot, or similar systems is essential for tracking leads, managing communication, and maintaining accurate sales records throughout the process.
Preferred
3 years
Experience with relationship-based selling, community outreach, conducting tours or presentations, or working with older adults and their families.
