Pay Range: $37.00 -$42.00 depending on experience

The Director of Admissions is responsible for overseeing the admissions process, developing referral relationships, and promoting the organization’s services to physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources. This role requires frequent off-site visits and strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other referral partners.

· Conduct off-site meetings and presentations to promote services and support referral development.

· Oversee the admissions process to ensure timely and accurate intake of new patients.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for new admissions.

· Monitor admissions metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership.

· Other duties assigned as necessary.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Marketing, or a related field and/or 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

· Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel off-site to meet with physicians and referral partners as required.

· Company phone will be provided for business use.
