lThe Technical Program Coordinator serves as the day to day technical liaison between Medical OEM engineering teams in Madison, WI and clients engineering teams in Bangalore, India. This role is responsible for aggressively driving information flow, removing execution blockers, and ensuring alignment across geographically distributed teams. This role will also perform verification and validation testing for select changes

Roles & Responsibiliti
- esAct as the primary coordination point between Medical OEM (MSN) and TCS (BLR) engineering tea
- msProactively identify missing information, unclear ownership, or stalled decisions and drive resoluti
- onFacilitate technical discussions, clarifications, and working sessions across time zon
- esTrack dependencies, action items, and risks; escalate issues ear
- lyTranslate high-level engineering intent into clear, executable next steps for offshore tea
- msPerform V&V activities (test definition, execution, and review) for engineering changes as appropria
- teEnsure alignment with Medical OEM SOPs and quality expectatio
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
