We’re Hiring: Desktop Support Engineer / IT Support Specialist
Location: West Chester, PA | Parsippany, NJ
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team. If you enjoy troubleshooting technical issues, supporting users, and working with modern workplace technologies, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
• Troubleshoot desktop systems, applications, and connectivity problems
• Support conference room technologies including AV equipment and Microsoft Teams meetings
• Assist with server or network device racking and stacking when required
• Manage and support iOS devices and work with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
• Train users on new technologies and IT best practices
• Maintain documentation for incidents, solutions, and processes
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
Required Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of AV setup and troubleshooting for meeting rooms
• Familiarity with servers, switches, and basic network infrastructure
• Strong customer service mindset and user support experience
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment when required
Preferred Certifications
• CompTIA A
• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• CompTIA Network
• ITIL or equivalent certifications
