Job Title: Java Fullstack Developer (AWS)
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months
Interview Process: One Internal Technical Screening and Two Client round interviews - 1 Virtual & Final round is Face to Face (must).
Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications.
- The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of strong experience in Java-based microservices, cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices such as TDD/BDD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Need 5 years of experience. (Mid-level role)
- Design and develop highly available and scalable applications using Java and modern design patterns.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and coverage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders and architects.
- Strong experience in Java development (Java 17 , Spring Boot, Microservices) and backend services.
- Good Understanding on use of CI/CD tools (Jenkins).
- Experience with GitHub and version control systems.
- Experience with Artifact Repository Tools (Artifactory).
- Strong knowledge of AWS Native.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (Lambda).
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (EMR).
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (Spark).
- Experience with Docker/ Kubernetes (OCP preferred).
- Strong experience in TDD (JUnit) and BDD (Cucumber).
- Experience with Relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Infrastructure provisioning experience using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible.
- Understanding of messaging systems such as Kafka.
