Job Description:
Seeking for TPM with 9 years of experience and strong project management expertise.
Project Planning
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Create project plans, schedules, and milestones
- Estimate budgets, resources, and effort
- Identify dependencies and risks
Job Responsibilities
This position requires managing enterprise projects for platforms like Enterprise Data Replication Platform (EDRP) and Enterprise Business View (EBV).
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery for data replication from on-prem sources to cloud warehouses ( like Snowflake) and platform modernization initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, risks, budgets, and timelines while ensuring compliance with Truist policies and financial regulations.
- Oversee vendor coordination, status reporting, issue resolution, and value realization for enterprise-scale initiatives in data movement.
Required Skills
- Project Management: PMP or SAFe certification, expertise in Agile/Scrum/Waterfall, Project Management tools - MS Project, Rally; 6 years experience with complex Data governance related projects.
- Technical Acumen: 1 level deep in Knowledge of data replication Snowflake, Talend, Cloud (AWS/Azure), API, Medallion architecture.
- Banking Domain: Understanding of financial services data governance, Banking Data processing and EDL tools involved , risk management, and regulatory compliance.
