Must-Have Skills
· (Core Requirements) Program & Delivery Leadership 5-10 years of experience managing large-scale technology programs with cross-functional teams.
· Strong ability to lead end-to-end program delivery, including roadmap planning, dependency management, RAID management, and executive reporting.
· Proven experience running Agile/Scrum ceremonies and facilitating cross-team alignment. Hands-on experience working in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment-PI planning, ART synchronization, feature breakdown, and release governance.
· Salesforce Expertise Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, especially across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or custom applications.
· Ability to understand Salesforce data models, integrations, APls, and platform constraints. Experience partnering with Salesforce architects, developers, and admins to drive platform delivery. Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce epics/features and ensure they align to platform best practices.
· Execution & Communication Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and change management to drive delivery.
· Excellent communication skills with experience preparing status reports, executive updates, dashboards, and program artifacts.
· Strong problem-solving mindset, with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
· Highly organized with emphasis on structured planning, prioritization, and facilitation. Role Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of Salesforce-focused programs, ensuring delivery across multiple workstreams.
· Facilitate PI planning, sprint execution, backlog refinement, and cross-team ceremonies under SAFe/Agile. Own end-to-end program governance: RAID logs, risk mitigation, dependency mapping, and change control. Partner with architects and product owners to break down requirements into features/stories.
· Track delivery health, budget, milestones, and report program status to senior leadership.
· Ensure alignment across business, product, engineering, QA, DevOps, and vendor teams.
· Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices, transparency, and communication.
