Responsibilities
- Review Member or prospect logistics and parcel data with CoVest contract pricing to determine savings potential on new business opportunities.
- Preparation of Excel-based analysis for new opportunities.
- Prepare and present analysis findings using presentation tools (PowerPoint, Adobe, Teams).
- Cleanse large sets of data to ensure integrity.
- Provide quarterly savings and compliance reports as well as ad-hoc Member reporting.
- Audit carrier billing data, contracts and manage pricing to abide by agreed upon terms.
- Assist Members with additional cost savings opportunities by proactively identifying parcel network optimization, SKU rationalization and carrier/supplier consolidation.
- Support new program implementation activities.
- Assist in maintaining Power BI dashboards.
Requirements
- BA degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics with a primary focus on supply chain, logistics, or small parcel analysis.
- Any industry is relevant, preferably Logistics, 3PL, Distribution, Manufacturing, Professional Services, or Supply Chain Consulting industry experience.
- Functional understanding of small parcel pricing mechanics, accessorial fee structures, rating logic and logistics KPIs
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- General competence with Microsoft products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise strong initiative, and manage multiple complex projects with competing deadlines.
- Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical logistics data to non-analytical audiences.
- Rigorous attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
Location
This role is based at our Cleveland, OH headquarters. To ensure a seamless onboarding experience, the first three months require daily onsite attendance for comprehensive training. Following this initial period, typically between three to six months, you will be eligible to transition to a hybrid work model, requiring two to three days in the Cleveland office per week.

The position will report to the Category Director or Chief Operating Officer

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
