The Opportunity
This is not a traditional property manager role.
You will operate as the leader of our San Fernando Valley portfolio—owning performance, client relationships, and day-to-day execution. Think of this as running your own office, backed by the systems, brand, and infrastructure of Coves.

What You’ll OwnPortfolio Performance
- Full ownership of day-to-day operations across assigned properties
- Drive occupancy, collections, and NOI performance
- Ensure properties are operating at a high standard physically and financially
Client Relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for owners
- Deliver proactive communication, reporting, and strategic recommendations
- Build long-term trust through performance and responsiveness
Leasing & Revenue
- Execute leasing strategies to minimize vacancy
- Oversee pricing, marketing, and renewals
- Ensure units are leased quickly with strong residents
Operations & Maintenance
- Coordinate maintenance and inspections with a focus on efficiency and quality
- Leverage in-house maintenance to control costs and improve service speed
- Prevent problems before they happen through proactive oversight
Team Leadership
- Help lead a lean, high-performing team
- Set expectations, drive accountability, and maintain strong communication
- Work cross-functionally with leasing and maintenance teams
Resident Experience
- Ensure fast, professional handling of resident needs
- Maintain high satisfaction and retention
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of property management experience (SFR or multifamily)
- Strong operator with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communicator, especially with clients/owners
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and think proactively
- Experience with AppFolio or similar software
- Valid driver’s license
