What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substance Abuse Counselor position at Covert Action?
Covert Action is an outpatient Medication Assisted Treatment clinic. We believe in a patient-centered approach and are looking for someone to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling sessions to individual caseload
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop patient-centered treatment plans
- Maintain patient records per clinic and regulatory standards
- Coordinate care with other involved parties and referral sources
Hours expected are Monday-Wednesday 5 AM - 12:30 PM, Thursday-Friday 5 AM - 10 AM, and one Saturday from 6:00 AM - 7:30 AM every 6 weeks.
CADC is preferred but not required.
