Key Responsibilities
- Service Request Management
- Claim all service requests (cases) within 24 hours.
- Target resolution within 48 hours, posting proactive updates until closed.
- Apply the same process to service emails, Service Folder requests, and EzLynx issues.
- Quote Folder Management
- Clear the Quote Folder first thing each morning.
- Distribute new requests at least every 1.5 hours.
- Fully clear the folder by day’s end or arrange backup coverage.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, NetWeb, and Outlook.
- Retrieve policies from carrier sites on schedule and deliver to the correct agent.
- Process cancellations, reinstatements, endorsements, and changes promptly.
- Work with agencies to collect missing details for new business quotes.
- Support administrative tasks and team projects as assigned.
- Licensed in insurance for at least 2 years (Property & Casualty license strongly preferred).
- Proficient in Salesforce – a huge plus that will set you apart.
- Impeccable follow-through – You meet deadlines and communicate proactively.
- Strong attention to detail – You spot and fix errors before they cause problems.
- Accountability – You take ownership of your work and results.
- Clear communicator – You keep stakeholders informed without being prompted.
- Organized multitasker – You manage competing priorities without sacrificing quality.
