The Role

We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive, a pure hunter to close the largest brokerages in the US.

You'll travel consistently, working to get face-to-face time with executives at agencies like Marsh, Aon, Gallagher, and HUB. You find the opportunities, you build the relationships, you close the deals. Six-figure plus contracts with the agencies that move the industry forward.


You'll own the entire sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contract. You'll help evolve our enterprise playbook, work directly with leaders and product, and have a voice in how we go to market. Our platform saves thousands of hours for real teams at real companies. You'll walk into meetings with a product that sells because it actually works.


Who You Are

4 years closing B2B software into enterprise accounts. Consistent quota attainment, not one lucky year. You've sold $50K ACV deals through long, consultative cycles and you know how to navigate procurement, legal, and multi-stakeholder buying committees. You're comfortable on the road and thrive with in-person selling, whether that's on-sites, conferences, or dinners with prospects. You learn fast, communicate with precision, and operate well when there's gaps in a playbook. Insurance or fintech background is a plus. Early-stage experience is a bonus.


Compensation & Benefits

  • $300K OTE, uncapped commission. Top performers will blow past this.

  • Based in San Francisco when not on the road
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
