What are the responsibilities and job description for the In Home Caregiver position at CoveRespite Home, LLC?
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
- Provide medication reminders (no medication administration)
- Assist with errands and transportation (if authorized)
- Follow the client’s Plan of Care (POC) and service plan
- Document services accurately using EVV and daily notes
- Report changes in client condition, incidents, or concerns to the supervisor
- Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all time
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.50 per hour
Experience:
- Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
- ADLs: 1 year (Required)
- Patient care: 1 year (Required)
- Home care: 1 year (Preferred)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred)
