About This Role
Covered Insurance is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead customer and vendor implementation projects across our customer network. This role is customer-facing, managing the full implementation lifecycle from project kickoff through launch and post-go-live support ensuring seamless integration, exceptional client experience, and successful outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator and relationship builder, adept at balancing multiple customer engagements, coordinating internal resources, and maintaining accountability across teams and deliverables.
About You And Your Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or Associate Degree with CAPM certification.
- 3 years of experience managing customer-facing implementation or project management work in SaaS, Insurtech, Fintech, or technology-enabled services.
- Strong client management and presentation skills, with proven experience leading cross-functional projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in project management tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity.
- Experience working directly with external vendors and enterprise clients.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Self-starter with a passion for improving systems, communication, and implementation success.
- Additional Desired Qualifications:
- PMP certification
- Click-Up experience
- Digital Insurance Implementation experience
- Demonstrated success leading partner or customer onboarding implementations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow automation tools
