This position is headquartered in Sacramento County at 1601 Exposition Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95815. Business travel may be required, and reimbursement considers an employee’s designated headquarters office subject to regulations and bargaining unit contract provisions. Travel expenses associated with commuting to the employee’s office headquarters location are not reimbursable, other than authorized transit subsidies.
Salary:
$8,625.00 - $11,557.00

Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner; review, edit, evaluate, and prepare written documents to produce quality products; develop cooperative working relationships; dealing effectively with a variety of individuals, organizations, state agencies, local government, and contractors.
- Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring the ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
- Expert experience working in firewall technologies, Prisma Access virtual private networks, SD-WAN, URL filtering, performing firewall software upgrades and configuring SSL decryption.
- Deep experience with networking and cybersecurity in a distributed field environment, hybrid cloud/on premise environment, Azure cloud services, Microsoft O365 and cloud based remote access technologies.
- Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) certification, PMP Certification, Cisco CCNA, or higher certification.
