Covered California is looking for a Facilities Analyst to join the Business Services Branch. As an analyst, you are expected to be a critical thinker and produce information using Microsoft platforms. In joining the Business Services Branch, you will assist in streamlining processes and providing customer service to internal and external customers.

As a Facilities Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Facility Management: Track maintenance requests, manage inventory, and recommend facility solutions.
• Security & Events: Coordinate security badges, address safety issues, and assist with event setups.
• Warehousing & Procurement: Oversee receiving, inventory control, and mail and supply distribution.

$3,749.00 - $4,698.00 A

$4,059.00 - $5,081.00 B

$4,868.00 - $6,093.00 C

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with customers, including providing service to internal staff or vendors.
• Proactive individual who works efficiently and expediently and follows best practices.
• Experience in developing and sustaining collaborative relationships based on mutual respect and advocates for a stronger sense of teamwork and partnership.
• Ability to effectively produce completed, analytical staff work using Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
