Mental Health Counselor — Master's Level, Pre-Licensed (LMHC Track) Part-Time, Hybrid · Covered Bridge Counseling, LLC — Pepperell, MA
I'm looking for an ambitious pre-licensed counselor who wants more than just hours. This is a mentorship-focused role: clinical supervision toward LMHC licensure, hands-on training in experiential methods (Gestalt, Psychodrama, IFS), and the chance to co-lead group therapy.
Responsibilities
- Carry an individual caseload of adults — intake, diagnostic evaluation (ICD-10), and treatment
- Be able to work via telehealth in your own space, with in-person sessions in my Pepperell office during the days and hours I'm not using it (we coordinate the schedule ); telehealth fills out the rest of your caseload
- Maintain accurate, current clinical documentation (HIPAA-compliant)
- Option to co-lead group therapy
Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
- Actively pursuing LMHC licensure in MA
- Genuine interest in experiential methods and openness to doing your own experiential work in supervision, not just discussing clients
- Already solid in any other populations you'll carry (e.g., children/adolescents); my supervision centers on the adult work and your overall development as a clinician
- Strong clinical communication and documentation skills
- Reliable telehealth setup
Compensation & structure
- Part-time and flexible: a set number of in-person hours in my Pepperell office, with room to build your telehealth caseload as far as you'd like
- Paid per completed clinical session ($50/clinical hour); no additional benefits
- Weekly individual supervision toward licensure and hands-on experiential mentorship
- Invitation into the circle of clinicians I connect with, including psychodrama groups and the occasional supervision hike.
