Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, inspection, and maintenance of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other low-voltage equipment
• Support welding and electrical tasks following safety protocols and technical specifications
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to aid in troubleshooting efforts
• Conduct routine facilities maintenance including basic repairs, cleaning, and painting of residential or commercial spaces
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, maintenance activities, and equipment status
• Perform electrical testing using tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose system issues accurately
• Support supervising team members during complex maintenance or repair projects while adhering to safety standards

Experience

• A Level 1 operator will assemble product using a single needle machine.
• Receive product pieces.
• Assemble per work instructions.
• Return to work flow.
• Daily maintenance of area and machine.

Skills Required

• Must be able to be trained in basic sewing skills to complete products.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to work in moderate noise environment.
• Must be able to cross train on other positions within Production.
• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Must be able to be trained to use a computers.

Physical Requirements

• · Must have 20/20 vision or correction to 20/20.
• · Be able to stand full shift.
• · Be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• · Must be able to work in a moderate noise level.
