The Regional Administrative Manager performs numerous regional office tasks. Included but not limited to clerical work, data entry processing, maintenance and preparations of reports. Makes independent decisions when processing data that affects Franchise Owner statements while following Company Guidelines. Communicates with Regional Support Center General Manager and other staff providing guidance and training in administrative policies and procedures. Must have ability to make sound judgment calls to ensure Franchise Owners are provided accurate monthly statements. Must be able to take initiative when solving problems and provide resolution within company guidelines. Supervises, trains, coach and develops as well as providing administrative guidance and direction to Office Service Assistants within the regions they manage. The Regional Administrative Manager in conjunction with the General Manager will provide annual performance reviews to each of the Office Service Assistants they supervise
Operating within the Global Support Center guidelines, policies and procedures the Regional Administrative Manager is responsible for:
The Regional Administrative Manager reports to the Director of Regional Administration and is accountable for the interpretation and fulfillment of responsibilities and exercises the authority delegated by the Director of Regional Administration.
The Regional Administrative Manager will directly manage all day-to-day work of the Office Services Assistant within the regions they are assigned too. They will provide an annual performance review for the Office Services assistant in conjunction with the General Manager of the region.
The Regional Administrative Manager also establishes communication with the General Manager regarding any deviation to the current GSC policies or integrity concerns.
The other department managers (Sales and Operations) along with the Office Service Assistants work together as a team to achieve smooth coordination of Customer and Franchise transactions and personnel actions.
Requirements:
Operating within the Global Support Center guidelines, policies and procedures the Regional Administrative Manager is responsible for:
- Accurate and timely data entry of Customer and Franchise transactions.
- Review monthly Franchise Trial reports with General Manager utilizing -Franchise Trial Statements; Low Volume; Recurring Deductions; Royalty & Management Exception Report; Notes on Hold and Future Notes on Hold; Suspended Customer Accounts.
- Communicating to the Franchise Owners as necessary and requested.
- Responsible for accurate Franchise statements within Coverall policy.
- Process months end close - Finalize franchise statements. Support General Manager by reviewing trial statements and making recommendations.
- Process accurate and timely payroll for hourly admin employees.
- Communicating to the Legal department regarding Insurance Claims, following guidelines as required.
- Check requests / franchise manual adjustments.
- 1099 Franchise Adjustments.
- Note Adjustments and Note Write Off’s- Maintenance and collections of franchise receivables.
- Special year end projects – FDD (Franchise Disclosure Documents); Assist General Manager with Audit requests and other GSC requests.
- Assist General Manager with all new hire and termination paperwork. Monitor TLO and time off requests.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Coverall business or office management experience
- High school or equivalent
- Work experience should include a minimum of 1-year administrative support and customer service.
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Computer data entry skills a must
- Proficient with MS OFFICE
