Zurich Cover-More is seeking a Sales and Service Agent in Stevens Point, Wisconsin and Houston, Texas to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key role in supporting consumers who need assistance with purchasing a policy or inquiring about our products and services. Members of this team must go through a licensing process in order to sell our products and maintain licenses in all 50 required states.

What's the job?

  • You'll maintain knowledge of insurance products/services to accurately describe benefits and offer our assistance services.
  • You'll create a positive experience over the phone with top notch servicing.
  • You'll keen attention to detail to appropriately document and capture interaction details in a case management system.
  • You'll utilize a consultative selling approach to match our consumer with the best product for their needs in order to generate repeat business.
  • You'll use customer insights to provide direction for business initiatives.
  • You'll ensure all confidential information is handled in accordance with company and partner protocols and procedures
What we are looking for?

  • You'll have a High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • You'll have advanced customer service skills with high attention to detail
  • You'll have proficient communication (oral/written) skills
  • You'll be proficient problem-solving skills
  • You'll have basic ability of organizing and prioritizing work
  • You'll be proficient PC Skills and the ability to multitask
