Painters (full-time and part-time)

At Cover It Painting, we’re all about helping local property owners keep their buildings looking their best. We’re looking for a reliable Painting Specialist to join our crew—someone who loves seeing a "before and after" transformation and knows that a great paint job is all about the prep work.

We take on both residential and commercial jobs. This means you might be working in an empty house one day and a busy, fully-functioning office or family home the next. Whether the place is occupied or vacant, we always aim for a top-tier finish.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling Every Environment: You’re comfortable working in both homes and businesses. You know how to be professional and respectful when people are living or working nearby.
• Getting the Prep Right: You’ll handle the scraping, sanding, and filling needed to make sure the walls are perfect before the paint even touches them.
• Quality Painting: You’ll deliver clean, professional results with brushes and rollers. If you’re good with a sprayer, even better.
• Protecting the Site: You’ll make sure floors, furniture, and belongings are taped off and protected. We leave every job site clean and tidy.
• Being a Team Player: You’re happy working on your own or alongside the rest of the crew to get the job done right.

What We’re Looking For:

• The Basics: You’ve got your own basic painting kit and your own liability insurance.
• The Skills: You know your way around professional tools and have a solid handle on painting techniques.
• The Right Attitude: You’re professional, polite, and can keep a job site organized.
• The Hustle: You’re okay with the physical side of the job—climbing ladders, lifting gear, and being on your feet all day.
