ABOUT COVER

The mission of COVER Home Repair is to foster hope and build community. COVER is a volunteer-powered, professionally-led local non-profit that helps make homes safe, warm and dry for little to no-cost throughout the greater Upper Valley. We primarily build accessibility ramps, install new roofs, and perform urgent home repairs for income-qualifying homeowners. In a typical year, we help over 70 households stay in their homes with the support of 250 volunteers from the community. Through this work, COVER aims to foster connections that strengthen a sense of community and hope among program participants.

The COVER Store and Cover to COVER Books sell donated goods, including appliances, furniture, building materials, books and other household goods to help fund our home repair program. The Store also provides free essential items to customers-in-need. In FY2025, the stores funded 20% of the Home Repair program budget.

ABOUT THIS POSITION
