Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide comprehensive support to dealers, including training, troubleshooting, and guidance on product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve dealer issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor dealer performance and provide feedback to improve sales strategies and outcomes.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales departments to ensure dealers are equipped with the latest promotional materials and product information.
- Analyze market trends and dealer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Conduct regular meetings and workshops with dealers to share best practices and updates on company initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the dealer network.
- Prepare and present reports on dealer performance and support activities to senior management.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team, with a track record of improving team performance and achieving targets.
- Experience in developing and implementing support strategies and processes to enhance dealer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
