Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed clinician who enjoys working across developmental stages and relational systems. The clinician will deliver individual and group therapy, provide family and couples counseling, and offer consultative wellness services for schools, community groups, and families. This role includes clinical documentation, coordination with outside providers when appropriate, and opportunities to develop workshops or programs that integrate mental health with broader wellness practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy to children and individuals 10 years of age
  • Provide couple and family therapy across diverse presentations.
  • Offer holistic wellness consultations that may include stress-management, sleep hygiene, mindful movement or breathwork basics, and basic behavioral nutrition coaching within scope of practice.
  • Design and lead psychoeducational workshops or groups (e.g., anxiety management, self-regulation, relationship skills).
  • Conduct intake assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing progress notes in our EMR.
  • Coordinate care with pediatricians, psychiatrists, school staff, and other community providers as needed.
  • Participate in staff meetings, case consultation, and continuing education.
  • Support growth of practice by engaging in community outreach and consultation work.

Required Qualifications

  • Active license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent state license in Georgia.
  • Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience (or equivalent experience working with teens, young adults, families, and couples).
  • Training/competence in at least one evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, EFT, ACT, TF-CBT, etc.).
  • Strong clinical assessment and case formulation skills.
  • Excellent documentation and time-management skills.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and culturally responsive care.
  • Ability to pass background check and maintain professional liability insurance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating holistic modalities (somatic therapy, mindfulness, breathwork, yoga-informed approaches, basic lifestyle coaching) into clinical work.
  • Experience providing consultation to schools, community programs, or youth organizations.
  • Experience running groups and workshops.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
  • Interest in program development and clinical supervision.

  • Comfortable engaging adolescents and young adults in creative, strength-based ways.
  • Comfortable working with diverse families and relational dynamics.
  • Able to provide brief crisis intervention and safety planning when needed.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with an interest in community outreach and practice development.

Schedule & Caseload

  • Typical caseload: ~20–30 billable hours/week (flexible depending on FTE).
  • Some evening and weekend availability is required to meet the scheduling needs of teens and working families.
  • Telehealth and in-person sessions available.
