What are the responsibilities and job description for the CONCIERGE / FRONT DESK position at COVENANT WOODS?
Covenant Woods in Mechanicsville is currently seeking a Part-time Concierge with superior guest service skills.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: This role is responsible for all aspects of the concierge desk, including answering incoming calls, connecting callers with appropriate department or employee, managing guest room reservations, assisting residents with their dry-cleaning orders and billing, maintaining package logs, submitting work orders, and sorting resident and business mail daily. The Concierge assists guests and vendors with the campus registration process which includes verifying approval before campus access is granted.
SCHEDULED DAYS AND HOURS: 1-2 Evenings per week 3:30PM - 8:00PM plus Every Other Weekend 1:00PM - 8PM
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Three years’ customer service experience.
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Computer proficiency required, Microsoft Office programs.
- Great phone demeanor and outgoing personality.
