💼 Responsibilities:
Perform in-person roof inspections and assess damage (must be able to climb roofs safely).
Deliver customized roofing solutions and close the deal with confidence and urgency.
Write and review contracts with precision and professionalism.
Track and manage all sales activity using our internal CRM system.
Follow up with leads and keep homeowners engaged from initial visit to job completion.
Communicate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
✅ Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of outside sales/closing experience (door-to-door, B2C, in-home, solar, home improvement, etc.).
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
Able to climb ladders and walk sloped roofs unassisted.
Strong tech skills – able to work with an iPad and CRM software.
Willing to work evenings/weekends to meet with homeowners.
Must be organized, punctual, and fully self-managed.
Valid driver’s license, pass drug test/background check, and eligible to become a notary.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
